Spartan Construction completed a 65,000-square-foot renovation for Household Furniture at Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
The project included interior improvements throughout the existing retail facility, new covered entry colonnades at the north and east entrances designed to match the existing architecture, and coordinated architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. The completed renovation modernized the space, enhanced the storefront presence, and improved the overall customer experience while maintaining continuity with the existing building.
