The scope of work included a comprehensive design-build renovation that modernizes the facility's life safety systems, lighting, and interior finishes.
The scope of work includes:
- Design-build renovation of the entire 60,000 SF multi-service center
- Installation of all new life safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency lighting
- Replacement of outdated lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED lights inside and outside the building
