Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this project includes:
- Clearing and grubbing the existing terrain to prepare for road construction
- Preparing the base for each road segment through excavation and compaction
- Grading and compacting the base material to ensure a stable foundation
- Installing water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure to support the new roads
- Constructing concrete curbs and gutters along the entire length of each road
- Laying down new HMAC (hot mix asphalt) pavement for a smooth, durable driving surface
