Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes:
- Site preparation and clearing of existing terrain
- Installation of a new running track with advanced drainage system
- Construction of a new football field with artificial turf surface
- Irrigation system installation for optimal maintenance and playability
- Landscape design and installation around the perimeter of the facility
- Construction of bleachers and associated seating areas
- Installation of a new score board and associated electrical systems
